Muletown Rec's next lifeguard training course will be held on June 16th-17th. The course will cover all of the skills and knowledge necessary to become a certified lifeguard, including CPR and first aid, water rescue, pool safety, and lifeguarding techniques.

The course is open to anyone 15 years of age or older who is able to swim 200 meters continuously, tread water for two minutes, and perform a proper rescue.
