New Classes for you beginning April 9th!

Strength Training Circuit (STC)

This class is designed to help shed that excess fat while building strength and endurance. This class follows a circuit training style workout using weights, bands and other equipment to help develop overall body fitness.

Body Flow

Body flow is a dance inspired workout using low impact, high intensity fat burning cardio with muscle sculpting techniques to strengthen, tone and elongate. Body flow is musically driven, challenging, fun class.

BurstFit

This class will have your body burning fat for the next 36 hours!  Burst Fit combines strength, cardio, and core training exercises at 90–100 percent of your maximum effort for 30–60 seconds followed by 30–60 seconds of low impact for recovery.
