We're excited to be offering some new fitness class and group fitness instructors starting January 15! 

New Classes

Core Power

Get a well-rounded workout by elevating your heart rate with sprints & circuits combined with dynamic and functional core training.  This comprehensive sequence works your body and core at different angles and intensities to ensure a well-rounded workout with well-rounded results. Join us in a motivating environment, where you’ll feel and see changes you can be proud of!

Senior Fit

Muletown Rec knows that fitness is important at every age!  We provide opportunities to learn safe, effective and fun ways to exercise. Our goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle and help maintain independence in the later years of life. Our Senior Fit Class encompasses a wide variety of movements for all levels of ability, including low impact aerobics, stretching, muscle strengthening and stability.
