Updates to Group Fitness Schedules

With school back in session, we wanted to offer a few new classes and times.  We will evaluate at the end of the month to prepare our Fall schedule of classes.

B3 Studio Changes/New Classes

  • Monday's & Wednesday's Yogates has been temporarily suspended due to Ryan coaching Zion soccer. 

  • Monday's 6:30pm Body N' Pow(h)er has been replaced with Core & Cardio

  • Wednesday's Tap N' Pow(h)er has been replaced with Barre N' Pow(h)er

The Jungle Changes/New Classes

  • Wednesday's 5:15am Spin Express has been replaced with WakeUp BootCamp
  • HIIT Monday's - 5:30pm
  • Spin & More - Wednesday's 8am
  • Total Body BootCamp - Thursday's 5:15am
  • Intro 2 Fitness - 2nd Saturday Each Month 10am

We are Excited to offer these classes for the month of August and we hope you will come and try them out!
